As a team, we work closely to ensure that each client receives a comprehensive and dynamic approach to fitness. It is our philosophy that to keep fitness exciting and engaging it is essential to set long-term fitness goals with clients, while still having short-term goals within our daily workouts goals, establishing and keeping momentum while you make your fitness journey.
High Performance is our flagship youth sports program. Integrating all aspects physical and mental performance. There is a focus on tracking, food, sleep, hydration, mental acuity, and physical wellness throughout the program, giving us unprecedented insight into how we can best optimize your athletes to compete at their top form. Our 7 hr. in-person environment provides young men and women the opportunity to for a social learning environment. This provides athletes with not only an intensive sport focus, but allows vital interactions, social development, and structured consistency that studies have shown benefit children most between the ages of 12-17.
To prepare athletes for play at the highest-level Northwest Baseball hosts private instruction as well as athletic and skill development clinics year-round. These workouts take the place of traditional practices, incorporating the latest in sports performance research to provide a result driven investment of time. Our strength and conditioning experience is designed to give a high level experience with an emphasis on creating a fun and exciting environment to perform in.
Volleyball Performance Development by Northwest Fitness is the future of the fastest growing women's sport in America. Our philosophy is grounded in the concept that there is no supplement for athleticism and reps. With this, we have invested in tools that allow us a high volume of controlled, high quality reps, while still having the time needed to incorporate an NCAA Division I strength and conditioning experience.
NW KIDS! is a series of classes designed for children 2 - 8 years old. SuperTots (2-4) and Prospects (5-8) focus on developing gross motor skills such as running, jumping, climbing, and rolling! Integrated work with colors, numbers, shapes, and sounds, this class has the goal of setting your child up for success at the next level physically and mentally. With small class sizes children can have more one-on-one work with the coach and build social/emotional skills with peers.
As a Northwest Fitness Intern, you will work with nationally certified sports performance specialists who train top high school, collegiate and professional athletes. You’ll be trained in the same systems that produce these world-class results and get the skills needed to far exceed others in the field of sports performance. This experience provides great hands-on education, as well as can serve as a launching pad into future career opportunities.
