Super Tots (AGES 4-6) - focusing on developing gross motor skills such as running, jumping, climbing, and rolling! Integrated work with colors, numbers, shapes, and sounds, this class has the goal of setting your child up for success at the next level physically and mentally. With small class sizes children can have more one-on-one work with the coach and build social/emotional skills with peers.

Prospects (7-11) - Fundamentals of sport is a fast paced environment, focusing on the basic elements of sport; running, jumping, and coordination in rotational movements. Traditional strength protocols (lifting weights) are not appropriate for athletes of this age, so our focus is on coordination, running mechanics, body control, and developing the neuromuscular connections needed, keeping athletes competitive as they grow. We accomplish this through a number of methods, including FitLights, plyometric training, and structured play. The most unique aspect of our prospect program, is that each class is instructed by a certified personal trainers or strength & conditioning coach, at a ratio of no more than 6-1. This ensures that your athlete can get the most out of a fast-paced, hands-on, learning environment.

For all of our programs we ask that athletes arrive no earlier that 10 minutes before their session start time and have arrangements for pick up within 15 minutes of the conclusion of their time at the facility. Athletes need to come prepared to participate, they should have eaten a small snack within an hour of arrival and stay focused on the tasks we are executing. Our primary goal is to provide an environment where every participant can get the most out of their time in the facility.
