Women's Strength Training

  

When you do weight-bearing exercises, you start revving up your metabolism—and it keeps burning for many hours after your workout. This makes strength training great way to tone and firm muscles while also addressing problem areas.

 

Northwest Fitness takes a comprehensive approach to women's strength training, utilizing a mix of resistance training, plyometrics, and olympic lifts, creating an hour long workout that is functional and comprehensive.
