Winter Sports Conditioning (H.I.I.T.)



Skiing and Snowboarding, though generally thought of as recreational, can be some of the hardest sports out there on your body. In fact women’s snowboarding leads all other sports in the instance of concussions and Achilles tendonitis. Injuries like these can seriously limit or even end your season. Winter Sports Conditioning is designed to minimize and eliminate these common contact and overuse injuries through proper strength and conditioning preparation before you hit the slopes, as well as keep you healthy throughout the season. Don’t miss out on righteously shredding the epic pow – Early Bird Registration begins September 15th and classes run through March 1st

Winter Sports Conditioning Classes are available from September 15, 2015 - March 1, 2015 with the use of a punch card or on a drop-in basis for $20/class.
