STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Northwest Fitness takes an all-inclusive approach to strength training, utilizing a mix of weight training, plyometrics, and Olympic lifts, creating an hour long workout that is functional and comprehensive. The class program is periodized, meaning that we don’t simply perform a workout of the day but follow a thoughtfully organized work out plan that varies throughout the year. This ensures you don’t plateau, get bored, or end up with an overuse injury from performing the same exercises over and over.
