We are now excited to bring the Northwest experience to athletes all over the Northwest with our new training program, NORTHWEST ONLINE.

NORTHWEST ONLINE brings the features and benefits of training at our industry leading facility to your local club or home gym. Unlike other online training programs, NORTHWEST ONLINE clients receive a comprehensive face to face consultation, movement and injury screening, gold standard body analysis and cardio metabolic testing, in addition to NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists that guide your online training process every step of the way. 

INBODY 570 BODY ANALYSIS

The InBody 570 is an advanced, fast, and comprehensive method of bio-impedance analysis that provides a complete view of body composition balance. The InBody testing (as seen at the Mayo Clinic and Johns Hopkins) provides, BMI, body fat percentage, lean muscle & body fat analysis, segmental lean analysis, visceral fat level and basil metabolic rate. This will give our staff of coaches the opportunity to give athletes insight into dietary recommendations and muscular imbalances, as well as hard numbers to show improvement.

 

VO2 MAX TESTING 

PNOE is the gold standard in breath-by-breath analysis, for the most advanced cardio-metabolic assessment on the market. The breath-by-breath method calculates all cardio-metabolic parameters in every breath cycle, allowing you to monitor even the slightest changes in physiology allowing precise cardio-metabolic conditioning.

MOVEMENT EVALUATION & INJURY SCREENING

Our Movement Evaluation and Injury Screening is used to identify asymmetries which result in functional movement deficiencies. Our goal is to identify imbalances in mobility and stability during various fundamental movement patterns. These movement patterns are designed to provide observable performance of basic locomotor, manipulative and stabilizing movements by placing an individual in fundamental positions where weaknesses and imbalances become noticeable. Once these deficiencies have been identified, a program of corrective exercises is then developed with the goal of preventing musculoskeletal injuries and improving performance.

PERSONALIZED ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM

After a full in-person evaluation, the Northwest staff will provide a strength and conditioning program personalized for you, using our PUSH Portal. Receive easy-to-follow programs directly to your iOS device. The PUSH App logs your session so you can focus on the next rep, while recording your progress so your personal coach can make adjustments to your program as you progress.
