Note from the coach ...
"I have had the opportunity to be a part of a number of winning teams and programs over the last decade. What I have found common in both successful athletes and programs, is that hard work and dedication yield the best results.
My approach to training starts by taking scientifically proven theories and concepts in Strength and Conditioning Training and Sports Performance Training. Many of these exercises look more like “drills” or “games,” as opposed to what is commonly thought of as "working out" or personal training. In my experience I have found this approach keeps the sessions lighthearted and engaging, while still achieving excellent results. Elite athletes don't just do what the other guys are doing, they take scientifically proven methods and apply them to hard work and dedication, for maximum results."
