High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.)



High intensity interval training or H.I.I.T, is an hour long fitness class aimed at increasing strength, speed, and agility. This is a Co-Ed class for moderate to advanced fitness levels.


Sport Performance training is often a mix of speed and agility drills, olympic lifting, and  plyometrics intertwined into one comprehensive functional workout that targets a very specific goal – it’s this specificity and the wide array of techniques used to achieve the desired goals that really separate High Intensity Sport Performance Training from a more standardized personal training skills clinic approach.

Tuesday and Thursday: 6 P.M.


Co-Ed H.I.I.T. is a part of our punchcard program or available on a drop-in basis for $20/class.
