Education

I graduated from Coquille High School in 2017. While in high school, I was a three sport athlete but excelled in track and field. After setting records and winning many awards in track, I signed with Western Oregon University as a heptathlete. I competed in a few heptathlons but I stood out in javelin. My Freshman and Sophomore year at WOU I made it to Nationals in javelin and became an All-American both years. Due to COVID I did not have a junior season. But I came back my senior season with a new addition. I had a baby in December and started competing in javelin again in March. I finished my collegiate track career second in our conference for javelin with a baby on my hip. I came back to Coos County because this is my home. I can’t think of a better place to raise my kid and watch my family grow.
