Cycle Max (45 min)
The goal of this class is to increase your VO2max and we get right down to business! VO2max, or maximum aerobic capacity, is a true measure of your aerobic physical fitness. It is a great way to for endurance athletes to cross-train or for anyone to get in an awesome cardio sesh. We achieve aerobic gains in the most efficient way by working in high intensity intervals (don’t worry, you’ll get some rest periods too!). Classes vary in the duration of work and rest ratios and can always be scaled to your fitness level. Heart rate monitors are recommended.
