The Collegiate summer series is geared toward fundamental principals of athleticism that with translate to all sports. By increasing Linear Speed, Lateral Speed, Change of Direction, and Vertical Jump through use of state-of-the-art equipment and the leading concepts and theories in Conditioning and Power Development.

This class is taught by Northwest Fitness Founder and world class strength and conditioning coach Henry Delaney, who in the past has worked with NFL, MLB, and various collegiate programs.
